Hi, I’m Derrick Alexander, and I love what I do!

I founded Greater Works Wealth after spending many years with another firm, driven by a vision to create a business where we could help clients find peace and clarity in their financial lives. At GWW, we believe financial security is about more than just money—it's about empowering people to invest in the things that truly matter: faith, family, health, and community.

I view money as a tool that reflects one’s values. When individuals and couples achieve positive outcomes in their financial lives, the benefits often ripple into other areas, creating meaningful impact within families and communities.

With nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and couples, helping them navigate their financial journeys and positively impacting their lives along the way.

One of my core motivations for starting Greater Works Wealth was to break away from the constraints of large firms and offer truly independent, fee-only, fiduciary advice. As an independent firm, we aren’t tied to any products or commissions, so our recommendations are made with your best interests in mind.

Being a Tulsa Financial Advisor, I understand the value of building strong, meaningful relationships. In Tulsa, we thrive on trust, reputation, and community. That’s why every client relationship is built on honesty, integrity, and personalized attention. We walk the talk by maintaining independence and working solely for our clients—not for big financial institutions.

I also hold the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) Designation, which reflects my commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care.

Ashley comes to Greater Works Wealth with a 12-year banking background at Wells Fargo. She progressed from a teller to a banker, assisting customers in basic financial transactions as well as opening new accounts and loans while discovering financial solutions. In her most recent position as an underwriter/credit analyst, she used professional judgments to lend money based on credit merit and financial qualification. After working in multiple places, both front and back office, she brings a well-rounded understanding of customer service priorities as well as professional business procedures. She is familiar with account/loan documents, applications, contracts, data entry, and the importance of confidentiality. She is highly organized, and detail-oriented and has learned from working in the banking industry that she thrives “under pressure”.

Her time with Wells Fargo ended due to the elimination of her position, which was a perfect blessing from the Lord.  Ashley has also recently entered the real estate industry as a real estate agent. In her free time, through real estate, she is excited to be able to serve and interact with her community as a light, knowing that the harvest is plenty. She is also involved with Bible Study Fellowship, currently as a children leader, and has a strong passion for encouraging and disciplining all toward love and Truth, Jesus Christ.  Some of her favorite hobbies are studying theology and apologetics, beach vacations, interior decorating, and watching/playing baseball/softball.
